Île Bonaventure and Percé Rock National Park (Parc national de l'Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé) is 4.7 kilometres (3 mi.) offshore. The park, which includes Percé Rock and Île Bonaventure, is a migratory bird sanctuary for more than 200,000 seabirds. The island shelters a colony of gannets as well as several other species. Trails lead to cliffs overlooking the bird ledges. Various cruise operators offer narrated sightseeing excursions of the conservation area, with some tours featuring stopovers at Île Bonaventure.

Pets are not permitted.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted.
