Chef and owner Sebastien Houle prepares a variety of seasonal, inspired dishes utilizing the bounty of fresh local ingredients. Foie Gras “of the moment”, La Rouge Farm venison, Gaspe smelt fish or Îles de la Madeleine scallops all showcase a kitchen filled with creativity and verve. A focused wine list is explained by knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Tasting menus are also offered. In the high season, the restaurant is open every night and diners flock in from far and wide.
