Argenteuil Regional Museum

Argenteuil Regional Museum (Musée régional d'Argenteuil) is at 44 Rte. du Long Sault. The museum is in a four-story stone barracks constructed 1834-37 to house soldiers building the first Carillon Canal. The barracks housed 108 men during the Rebellion of 1837. Displays include local history items, military artifacts and natural history specimens, including the Argenteuil: My Life as a River exhibit.
