Favorites include seafood ceviche, chilled avocado soup and, my favorite, chicken mole. For dessert, the refined, attentive servers specialize in tableside preparations of bananas flambé as well as strawberry jubilee. Definitely try to make your reservations for around 8 p.m. when an entertaining dance show is performed.
