I am awestruck by the artistic presentations. One course came in a hollowed-out book and another with dry ice smoke cascading across the the table.

Iron Chef Gomez and his small army of chefs will create magic at your table with more than twenty-five different presentations. Be prepared for a two-hour plus culinary adventure and bring an open mind as well as a good appetite to truly enjoy. This is gourmet fusion cuisine served in refined ambience with a highly skilled waitstaff at its very best. For outside hotel guests, it's recommended to call at least five days in advance for reservations.
