Spring House Hotel

Just up the hill from town you'll wander upon this circa 1852 hotel. An island standout, it has a red mansard roof and wraparound veranda overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms feature duvet bedding. A row of inviting Adirondack chairs beckons you to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. The bistro is open for breakfast items, including freshly baked pastries, Illy coffee and a long list of fruit smoothies and juices. Due to the age of the inn, some rooms are compact in size. Did not meet all AAA requirements for viewports/peepholes in some guest rooms at time of last evaluation on 08/31/2017. Facilities, services, and décor characterize a mid-scale property.
