Next to the Intracoastal Waterway, on the north side of Myrtle Beach, this high-rise, Mediterranean-style marina and golf resort features spacious hotel rooms as well as one- to four-bedroom condos. All rooms have upscale décor with plush bedding, classically styled furnishings with large desks, and a balcony. All condos have a gas fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
Smoke free premises. 198 units, some condominiums. 6-12 stories, interior/exterior corridors.
