This is my first choice for perfectly prepared upscale local cuisine where the chef's talents never cease to surprise my taste buds.

Historic. Using only local fresh ingredients, predominantly from the Carolinas, the chef creatively interprets traditional Southern dishes in fun and imaginative ways. The menu changes daily based on availability, so don't get married to a dish that might not be there when you return. Starter plates, which can be shared, hold their own alongside delicious entrees featuring fresh seafood and farm raised poultry and meats, each with unique accompaniments.
