The large, renovated open building features a bi-level dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the views of the adjacent marina and Intracoastal Waterway traffic. Also find patio dining, a large fresh fish market where the fishmongers are eager to educate and entertain, and a raw bar. The restaurant's goal is to only feature sustainable seafood, and that drives the menu selections, which include grouper, mahi mahi and Atlantic salmon. Shrimp and shellfish from the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are an essential part of the beer-boiled seafood. A small sandwich and sushi selection also makes an appearance with the chef's specialties, which offer entrées for the landlubbers in the crowd. Like the name suggests, fish will go flying Seattle style as the cooks toss them back and forth to get the guests excited.
