The use of local products, an open fire grill kitchen and the talents of the culinary crew make this is one of Austin's leading food venues. Most dishes on the seasonal menu were created with the touch of the open-flame. I highly recommend the fermented carrot embers, and entrées like seared Atlantic cod are perfectly grilled and nicely garnished with pickled cherries. The menu is artistically descriptive and fun to read.
