It's not very healthy, but who cares? There's a special place in my heart for chicken fried steak and no one is doing it better than they are here.

Leave it to Fort Worth's beloved chef Grady Spears to open a place dedicated to his signature dish, chicken-fried steak. Just like barbecue, it's synonymous with the Lone Star State, but few make the dish shine the way they do here. Accompany it with chili con carne, fried egg or a chile relleno. There are no bad choices on this "cowboy fare" menu, nor is this the time to swear off carbs. Do order the biscuits! Steaks, roasted chicken and lunchtime tacos are also served.
