Located at the Water Street complex, Hugo's is foregoing the usual cheesy starters and predictable sides for wholesome ingredients like quinoa and cactus, providing a fresh take on Mexican cuisine. Entrées include Veracruz style paella, soft shell crab tacos, cochinita pibil and a variety of enchiladas. Equally refreshing are the signature grilled pineapple and hibiscus tea margaritas. The location is perfect for a meal before heading to the Toyota Center or after a stroll around the lake.
