Classic Historic. The name says it all. Start with the charcuterie, a selection of 14 cured meats aged from 30 days to 12 months. Delicious small plates include chicken-fried chicken livers with lemon aioli and pepper jelly, as well as masa fried oysters with white gazpacho, chayote and Marcona almonds. This totally vintage place is housed in the former administration building of the 1890s Pearl Brewing Company and decorated with original fixtures and furnishings.
