Barrington Living History Farm

Barrington Living History Farm is at 23100 Barrington Ln. within Washington-on-the-Brazos State Historic Site. This living-history farm depicts Washington County life in the 1850s and features costumed interpreters carrying out everyday farm chores. The antebellum house of Dr. Anson Jones, the last president of the Republic of Texas, has been restored on the grounds. A kitchen, a barn, slave quarters and other outbuildings from the Jones cotton plantation have been reconstructed.
