The Presidential Archives and Leadership Library is off I-20 exit 121 (Loop 338), then 1.3 mi. n. to 4919 E. University Blvd. on the U.T. Permian Basin campus. Exhibits and educational programs are designed to provide a better understanding of the American presidency, campaigns and election procedures. Permanent displays include campaign memorabilia, documents and first ladies' inaugural gowns in miniature. Adjacent to the museum is the first Odessa home of George H.W. and George W. Bush.
