Instituto Cultural de Mexico is at 600 Hemisfair Plaza Way, behind the Henry B. González Convention Center in Hemisfair. The institute offers changing exhibits of works by contemporary Mexican and San Antonio artists as well as lectures, concerts, workshops and films.
