The Viking Yurt at Park City Mountain Resort

This four-hour adventure dinner starts with a 23-minute open sleigh ride (seats 32), or heated cab (seats 8), to the 8,700-foot peak of the Park City Mountain Resort ski runs. Warm blankets are provided. The views of the valley below and the stars above are stunning, and live music from a baby grand piano is the accompaniment. To ease the chill, diners warm themselves in front of a crackling fire with a pewter mug of hot Norwegian spiced grog before digging into an elegant, candlelit six-course meal complete with fine wine and Scandinavian fare. Children under 9 years of age are not permitted.
