AAA Editor Notes
Uintah County Heritage Museum, 155 E. Main St., displays memorabilia from Uintah County and the Uintah Basin. Exhibits depict the lives of early settlers, miners and soldiers. There is also a large collection of Fremont and Ute Indian artifacts, the First Ladies of the White House Doll Exhibit, a mounted wildlife exhibit and an outdoor display of horse-drawn equipment. Fine arts exhibits change monthly. Also on site are an amphitheater, an arena, an equestrian complex and an indoor ice rink.
