AAA Editor Notes
Moses Myers House is at 323 E. Freemason St. near Bank St. An example of Federal Period architecture, the 1792 house was built for one of the nation’s first millionaires. The restored home draws an accurate picture of the life of this prosperous Jewish merchant and his family. Nearly 70 percent of the fine furnishings and paintings on view are original to the house. Changing exhibitions highlight the Myers family's contributions to the history, economy and arts of the region.
