Peyton Randolph House is at 101 E. Nicholson St., at the Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area, off I-64 exit 238. The historic building was once the residence of the first president of the Continental Congress. During an interactive tour, guests learn about the lives of Randolph, his wife and the 27 enslaved people who lived here in the 18th century. Also on-site are various outbuildings, including a kitchen where cooking demonstrations are featured; a granary; storehouses; and a smokehouse.
