Sehome Hill Arboretum is located on a wooded ridge that is accessible by footpath from the Western Washington University campus or by automobile from Bill McDonald Pkwy. Six miles of trails lead through a 180-acre reserve featuring native flora. Panoramic views from the observation tower include the city, Bellingham Bay, the San Juan Islands, Mount Baker and the mountains of southern British Columbia.
