AAA Editor Notes
DuPont Historical Museum is n. of I-5 exit 119 at 207 Barksdale Ave. The museum building formerly served as a meat market and town hall. The exhibit Life in a Company Town, Yesterday and Today portrays the DuPont Explosives Co. era and the development of the planned community Northwest Landing. Other displays focus on Native American artifacts and the Hudson's Bay Company. Outside is a vintage 1941 narrow-gauge dynamite train.

Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
