AAA Editor Notes
Cowlitz County Historical Museum is at 405 Allen St. The primary exhibit portrays settlement and transportation from before European settlement to the present. Displays include portions of a loggers' bunkhouse, a re-created railroad depot, historical photographs, a reassembled log cabin with period furnishings, a canoe and Cowlitz Indian artifacts.

The museum also maintains a changing historical exhibit on the first floor of the County Administration Building at 207 4th Ave. N.
