Jim Ellis Freeway Park

Jim Ellis Freeway Park spans Seattle's eight-lane freeway (I-5) and connects downtown at Seneca St. to First Hill and the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. Dotted with greenery and water cascades, the park is a 5-acre plaza commemorating the Bicentennial. A distinctive feature is the Naramore Fountain, a towerlike arrangement of bronze by George Tsutakawa at 6th Avenue and Seneca Street.
