Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) is in Lake Union Park, 4 mi. w. of I-5 exit 169 at 860 N. Terry Ave. Housed in the restored Naval Reserve Building, MOHAI explores Seattle's more than 150-year history in its showcase exhibit, True Northwest: The Seattle Journey, which has a compelling assemblage of artifacts, images and oral histories.

Other permanent exhibits include Maritime Seattle, which celebrates the city's long relationship with water through interactive galleries and a working WWII-era periscope, and the Bezos Center for Innovation, where Seattle-made inventions and big ideas are featured. Traveling exhibits, lectures, classes, family events and educational programs augment the main offerings.
