Carpenter Museum

Carpenter Museum is at 302 W. 3rd St. Built in 1914, the restored, 3-story white frame building was the home of Frank Carpenter, the area's first successful banker. Original furnishings depict the lifestyle of a prosperous early 20th-century businessman and his family. The third floor features a ballroom, while another section houses an art gallery.
