Issaquah Depot Museum is at 78 1st Ave. N.E. Located in a restored 1889 railroad depot, the museum contains exhibits detailing the history of the local railway and the development of Issaquah. In addition to railroad memorabilia, there is a model railroad layout and an exhibit on telegraphy. Visitors can board an old army railroad car and a vintage caboose.

The Issaquah Valley Trolley offers 15-minute round trips aboard a restored, historic trolley car that runs on a half-mile of track while the conductor entertains riders with tidbits about local history.
