Museum of American Glass in West Virginia

Museum of American Glass in West Virginia is at 230 Main Ave. The museum examines glass from both a historical perspective and as a product produced by a dedicated community of workers. With a focus on American handmade glass, the museum displays more than 9,000 pieces made in factories large and small in all its forms—pressed and blown tableware, bottles, telegraph insulators, automobile glass, paperweights and lamps. The museum also houses the National Marble Museum.
