WVU Jackson's Mill Farmstead

WVU Jackson's Mill Farmstead is at WVU Jackson's Mill 4-H Camp. The historic area, on the original 5 acres of Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson's boyhood home, features the mill building from Jackson's time, which is now a museum. Gristmill and water-driven sawmill components, farm implements, weaving equipment and blacksmithing and carpentry tools are displayed. Other buildings include log cabins from the 1700s and 1800s and a working gristmill from the late 18th century.
