AAA Editor Notes
Madison Children's Museum is at 100 N. Hamilton St. on the Capitol Square. This educational, hands-on museum is designed for adults and children to learn and play together. Exhibits include Possible-opolis, a whimsical environment for ages 6 and older that celebrates the wonders of invention and creativity; the Wildernest, a global village with huts, music and a water play area for children under age 6; the Community Concourse, a free area full of surprises for those visiting briefly; a drop-in Art Studio; Rooftop Ramble, a four-season park in the sky with animals, gardens and energy-saving demonstrations; and the Log Cabin, which takes visitors back to Madison life in the 1840s.

Food is available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
