This science center features more than 175 interactive activities at this playground for the imagination, including those exploring music, puzzles, holograms, static electricity and virtual reality. Visitors also can tour an original Russian space station MIR core module as well as an exact replica of the United States’ first manned spacecraft, the Mercury space capsule; lift a 5,000-pound vehicle off the ground at the Giant Lever; and, in season, ride the High-Wire SkyCycle positioned on a 1-inch cable 12 feet in the air.
