Cascade Canyon Trail

Cascade Canyon Trail, 25 mi. n. of Jackson in the center of the park, explores the deepest recesses of the Tetons, passing through a broad, glacier-carved canyon with walls that rise thousands of feet on either side. Lake Solitude, near the head of the canyon at the tree line, is a pristine example of an alpine lake.

Time: Allow 7 hours minimum.
