I don't often find fine dining in a national park where stunning views, imaginative food and refined service are the main attractions.

The five-course menu might feature roasted bone marrow with pork belly marmalade, grilled elk tenderloin with sweet potato puree, grilled Colorado striped bass with barley corn salad or a bison strip steak with aged cheddar potato puree.
