AAA Editor Notes
Albright Visitor Center & Museum is at Mammoth Hot Springs. Housed in one of the original U.S. Cavalry buildings, the headquarters museum focuses on those who shaped the history of Yellowstone, including Native Americans, mountain men, early explorers, the U.S. Army and the National Park Service. An art gallery displays the works of photographer William Henry Jackson and painter and explorer Thomas Moran. Films chronicle Moran's life and the park's development. An orientation area has interactive displays to help with trip planning, and park rangers offer talks and tours.

Guided tours are available.
