AAA Editor Notes
SS Keno National Historic Site is on Front St. between King and Queen sts.; tickets are available at the visitor information center. Built in 1922, the dry-docked stern-wheeler was once used to transport silver, lead and zinc ore from the mines on the Klondike River. It was one of the last riverboats to run between Dawson City and Whitehorse. Visitors can walk the gangplank and view on-board exhibits highlighting the mining history of the Yukon Territory and the challenges of navigating wild northern rivers.

Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
