AAA Editor Notes
Whitehorse Fishway is at the end of Nisutlin Dr. via Lewes Blvd. Said to be the longest wooden fish ladder in the world, the fishway enables chinook salmon and other fish to bypass the Whitehorse Rapids Dam during their 3,000-kilometre (1,860-mi.) migration between the Bering Sea and their freshwater spawning grounds in southern Yukon. Underwater windows provide a close-up view of the migrating fish.

Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
