AAA Inspector 450: The modern, upscale rooms are very cool and comfortable, but I think the stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers do it for me!

Hotel BLU Vancouver

Vancouver, Canada
AAA Inspector 450: My favorite color is blue, so it's no wonder the blue-themed lobby appeals to me, but playing with "Roxy" my voice-activated host is the most fun!
This upscale hotel has beautiful, bright décor. The comfortable rooms also boast a lovely design, plus many high-tech features like smart TVs and your own in-room, voice-activated concierge. Not only that, there are touch-screen phones, iPod-dock radios and an energy management system which will even detect your body temperature and adjust accordingly. The Algonquin Resort, Autograph Collection

St. Andrews, Canada
AAA Inspector 33: Whenever I pull up to the door, I feel as if I have stepped back in time and I think about all the famous people who have visited this iconic hotel.
On picturesque landscaped grounds, this striking historic hotel offers upscale accommodations and world-class charm. Some rooms boast exquisite water views. Some rooms in the historic section have furnished balconies overlooking the grounds. Rooms in the second building offer a bit of extra floor space, with either a king or two queen beds plus a wet bar with mini-fridge and microwave oven. The golf course is a major attraction, but the kids will have fun at the two pools, one of which has a twisting three-story waterslide. The hotel shuttle will ferry guests to the nearby beach in summer.Book Nowx:196614

Digby, Canada
AAA Inspector 93: The historic appeal of this beautiful hotel, along with splendid outdoor pool makes this a truly one-of-a-kind favorite.
Built in 1929, this beautiful château-and-cottage complex is nestled on a well-manicured hillside overlooking the scenic Annapolis Basin and busy Digby Harbor. Enjoy many on-site family activities. The resort has a storied history and classic period décor. Many famous patrons have stayed at the property, from former Canadian prime ministers to Babe Ruth. Riverbend Inn & Vineyard

Niagara-On-The-Lake, Canada
AAA Inspector 16: As I enter the grounds I feel like Scarlett O'Hara in "Gone with the Wind," but instead of cotton fields I am surrounded by acres of vineyards.
Set among acres of vineyards, this distinguished inn offers elegantly appointed guest rooms, all with fireplaces. Book Nowx:196146

The Omni King Edward Hotel

Toronto, Canada
AAA Inspector 16: The opulent lobby with its soaring ceilings and fine crown molding gives me a sense of grandness as I sip my English tea!
Part of the charm of this majestic beauty is that no two rooms are the same. Long winding corridors and rooms of varied size and shape give this hotel a distinctive character. If walls could talk, they would have some fine tales to tell about this historic landmark. Royalty, rock stars and an abundance of celebrities have all spent time here. The local tour bus even makes a stop out front to share some of the gossip. Even if you cannot stay, it is worth a visit to the impressive lobby for a traditional English afternoon tea.Book Nowx:178604

W Montréal

Montreal, Canada
AAA Inspector 593: Fashionable, sexy and cosmopolitan come to mind when I stay here. The abstract, hip design and posh public spaces make me feel like a high roller.
This full-service hotel offers a variety of room types, ranging from compact floor plans to expansive suites. All offer the signature modern style and plush bedding that you'd expect from the W brand. In some rooms the glass-walled shower is in full view of the bedroom, but there's a plush curtain to close if you prefer not to put on a show.Book Nowx:185336

The Hotel Saskatchewan, Autograph Collection

Regina, Canada
AAA Inspector 594: With such a great downtown location I'd have a difficult time deciding whether to leave my elegant room or visit the nearby attractions.
This 1927 beauty has an ornate, richly decorated lobby with stunning architectural features. Recently updated rooms have a sophisticated and elegant design. For more space ask about the larger suites. Ask for a guest room which still has the original crystal ceiling light fixtures. Some of the north-facing rooms have a great view of Victoria Park across the street. The central location is excellent making it an easy walk to both the Casino Regina and Cornwall Centre shopping mall.Book Now
