In addition to creatively topped menus, fare from the smoker includes brisket and St. Louis-style ribs.

The Western and Texas themed dining room has a distinguished upscale atmosphere and the dimmed lighting sets the tone for a romantic evening. The menu is designed to offer a multi-course meal of small portions. The menu does change often, this way the freshest seasonal ingredients are served. Lunch service is available only on Fridays.

Candied bacon knots are almost too formal to eat!

Well-prepared dishes of prime rib and aged steaks are served in this relaxing setting that affords a nice mountain view in the main dining room. The filet mignon, fried green tomatoes and chicken pot pie are popular. Booths are also available for a quieter and more intimate dining experience. Closed for lunch Saturday through Monday.

Mmm, I love my bacon on a Voodoo Doughnut maple bar.

Notice the pink boxes around town? Another happy patron has waited in line from 5 minutes to an hour for fresh-made goodness. Open 24 hours a day, the shop makes fresh doughnuts in all types of wacky flavor combinations. Relive childhood and try one topped with Cap'n Crunch, Fruit Loops or Tang. My favorites included the maple bar with bacon and the cake doughnut topped with mini M&Ms. A classic is the voodoo doll that oozes raspberry filling when it's ripped open.
