Due to its elevated vantage point, the main reason to come here is for the panoramic view of the Inner Harbor and the downtown skyline. After visiting the park, window shop along Cross and Light streets in Federal Hill, a historic neighborhood of tree-lined streets and old brick buildings. Grilling requires a permit. Picnicking is permitted.
