Key West Lighthouse Museum, 938 Whitehead St., recounts Florida lighthouse history through exhibits and audio stories about the lives of the keepers who kept the light burning since 1826. The museum is in the former keeper's quarters. A spiral 88-step staircase leads to the top of the Key West Lighthouse. Special events are offered. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
