Yakima Valley Trolleys (YVT), 306 W. Pine St., preserves an early 20th-century interurban railroad that is the last of its kind. At its peak YVT operated 44 miles of track. The 1910 stone car barn and substation house vintage power generating equipment, antique streetcars and electric locomotives, and belt-driven shop machinery. YVT currently operates along the Pine Street line, from 3rd Avenue to 11th Avenue and back; and, 4 miles north from 6th Avenue to Selah. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
