AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
Sleek design is incorporated throughout the public spaces and guest rooms at this contemporary property. Guest will appreciate the media rooms in the lobby and enhanced bathrooms. The hotel is part of a larger building with two other Marriott branded hotels, and affords guests access to more amenities than you might typically find. The great location is another plus, as you can easily walk to many of the main downtown attractions. Smoke free premises. 209 units. 22 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).

When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that my room had been canceled. I had received no notification prior and was told there were no available rooms and that they would help locate a room with a different hotel in the area. Luckily, my son was able to change his room from a one bed to a two queen bedroom and we were able to share with him. Otherwise, we would’ve been stuck literally trying to find a room in Nashville during one of their busier weeks of the year during the Fourth of July week at the mercy of the hotels trying to find vacancy, so not pleased that we did not know that we did not have the room that we had confirmed due to a glitch with the credit card. Which should’ve been fine there was nothing wrong with the credit card.
