The staff was very welcoming and our room was okay. Had read reviews from 2024 about a renovation that gave me the impression that this had been complete but they don’t appear to be anywhere near this stage. While there was lots of renovation supplies present, there was no work going on. The carpet in the common areas and our room were way past their life span. I felt the bed and surface areas in our room were clean but the overall look of the hotel were disturbing upon checking in.

The room smelled awful. Outer bed covers had footprints from shoes and was dirty. There was a hair on the sheets. Changed rooms and the next room did smell better but the TV didn’t work and the toilet was very low. Changed rooms again. The third room the microwave didn’t work. They replaced the microwave. There was a dirty stained hand towel and wash cloth that was also dirty. This by far was the worse hotel we have ever stayed at.
