Upon arrival the hotel changed their check in policy to 4pm instead of 3pm as stated on confirmation. Our room was not ready yet even though there were very few people staying there. We were asked to wait in the lobby. At the shift change a 1/2hr later, the new person took us immediately and checked us in to our room. Bed was comfortable but weirdly the pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. The toilet seat was very low and not ADA compliant. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave. The coffee pot was missing the drawer to hold the coffee bag. We did ask for a new maker but never received. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was close to family that we were visiting so a plus.
This hotel wasn’t the newly renovated but it was great for a quick stay.
