Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and very accommodating
hotel was ok,room was clean and comfortable. i travelled from albuquerque to kingman and arrived at about 2:15.I knew check in was not until 3:00 ,but asked if by chance a room was available to check into.the lady that was helping me was very professional and called housekeeping to if a room was available .the supervisor behind her was grumbling the whole time and said "check in is not until 3:00,"more grumbling.i was not demanding anything just asked if by chance there was aroom available ,I had just driven 7 hours and was hot and tired.just not what i expected to hear from staff.
I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western, Kingman, AZ. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you! Will recommend to my friends.
