My stay was fine. I do have an issue with the reservation policy. I called in advance to shorten my stay by one night. I was surprised at check in to find out the final bill remained the same. Instead of just cancelling one night and reducing the bill, the reservation was rebooked with a new rate. This was NOT mentioned when I called to adjust the reservation.
