Comfort Inn & Suites Lincoln City

I gave a rating of 4 stars because we didn’t get the room that we paid for. We wanted a jacuzzi and that’s what we chose when ordering our room. However, when we arrived at the hotel they told us that they had us down for a standard room and that they were out of rooms with jacuzzi’s. I was very disappointed about that but the clerk offered me another room that she had available that was a step above the standard room. She was very kind to us! I’m not sure that I will order my room this way again because I can’t be guaranteed to get what I ordered.

this place is amazing. I’ve been staying here for years and it has never changed. The customer service is 110%. They greet you with a smile when you first walk in the door in our there to make your stay as perfect as you could imagine, the swimming pool is open late always clean the one thing. The hot tub was a little colder when I first got there, but I’m sure because of spring break. They probably cleaned it and cleaned the water which is a good feeling that they take care of their pool and hot tubs. The weight room is always clean and neat and nothing beats their breakfast. They have an amazing breakfast for free and the rooms are always clean and met my satisfaction. 110% highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here, nice room but were disappointed the hot tub did not work! Also the parking situation is TERRIBLE!! Almost all spaces have a pillar you have to deal with to get parked! Fortunately I had my boyfriend with me who could direct me into a spot as I wouldn't have been able to do it alone!! Also the AAA rate I paid was not cheaper than the rate the desk quoted me before they realized I already had a reservation.

The rooms were clean and all the amenities were available and worked. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. We had to cut our time short due to a family emergency but our overall stay was excellent. We will definitely come back and stay here again.
