Needs updating, seems a little old and tired. Pandora made the reservation for husband and a cousin. Pandora was unable to attend since son in hospital the night before. She called the hotel to make sure the reservation and paperwork would be transferred to husband, and they said it would not be a problem since it was pre-paid. When husband and cousin arrived, there was a hassle regarding the credit card. So, how does a spouse make a reservation without this hassle?

The location is very good relative to the amenities of Redding. The staff was excellent. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was a bit too firm for our taste. Over all it was a good stay.
I would have rated this hotel a 4.5, I thought the hotel was very good. Everything was clean and the staff were really accommodating. I was traveling with my dog. They were very helpful, polite and kind!! Only things I would add to my comments is: a guide for the television stations available in Redding would have been nice. If there was one in the room I didn't find it. The heater was noisy.
