Unbelievably kind, warm and generally exceedingly sweet team. I LOVE coming to Charlotte and staying here. Danielle at the front desk is awesome always smiling and Eric who was also extremely nice and sweet. The overall warmth, the desire to stop and say hello and just share how the weather is, reason for visiting etc. I have found my Charlotte hotel and will not subside and go elsewhere….Country Inn and Suites is it for me and my family ❤️
