Check-in was smooth enough. The room was a good location on the first floor. We have stayed here twice in the past 2 months and both times the water cooler in the lobby was out of water. I used the last few ounces for a drinking bottle. Staff could be a little more mindful of such details. There was no lotion in the room. When I asked if they had any available, I was told they were out of stock. Breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. The heater worked well.
